IAI Mobile: Official Android hub for Indonesian architects' membership needs
Provides a digital membership card, KUM tracking, event registration, real-time announcements, and access to the Satudata member database in a single Android app. IAI Mobile comes from Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia and serves as the institute's official member portal for professional administration. The app surfaces membership verification, certification tracking, and event sign-up in one place, aimed at professional architects, architecture students, and anyone managing IAI certification requirements across Indonesia.
Acts as a single digital gateway to official member services
IAI Mobile centralizes several institutional workflows: digital Membership Card (KTA), KUM point tracking, event browsing and registration, plus access to the IAI Satudata ecosystem. That consolidation means members access identification, professional development records, and official circulars from one Android interface. The app's role is administrative: it ties the National Secretariat's services to a pocket device so architects can confirm status and register for events without visiting an office.
Supports professional certification maintenance and event administration
The app connects KUM tracking to the STRA certification workflow and lists seminars and workshops for point accrual. Event management includes an integrated calendar and sign-up process, and the KUM feature shows earned credit units relevant to license upkeep. For architects who manage continuing professional development, this places certification records and event participation in the same workflow, reducing manual record keeping between seminars and credential maintenance.
Offers member networking and authoritative communication channels
IAI Mobile provides a member directory and real-time access to official news, announcements, and circulars issued by the institute. Those communication channels put regulatory updates and professional standards in members' hands, while the directory enables contact discovery within the professional community. The app therefore functions as both a directory and an official bulletin board tied to the institute's governance.
Performs like a standard Android productivity app with synchronization caveats
The app targets Android devices (recommended Android 7.0 or later) and synchronizes with the IAI Satudata database for member profiles. Users report the convenience of synced KTA and KUM data, though feedback commonly mentions database synchronization stability as an area of attention. The developer integrates institutional systems, so reliability of profile sync and timely updates depends on the Satudata connection and the institute's backend operations.
IAI Mobile suits architects needing official membership administration on Android
IAI Mobile serves architects and students who want direct access to institute-managed membership records, event registration, and official communications from their phone. It's practical for professionals who already work with IAI processes and who rely on a mobile portal for verification and certification tracking. Those who require guaranteed offline access or who depend on flawless sync should factor in the reported database synchronization caveat.
